📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including contractors, architects, and building owners
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients
• Leverage CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, to track and manage customer interactions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and showcase our products
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC or construction materials industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong knowledge of HVAC materials, including insulation and pipe products
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
