📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.,Prepare and submit tax returns and financial reports to relevant authorities.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.,Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.,Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
