Fast Crown Corporindo is seeking a dedicated Assistant IT Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.,Monitor and maintain the company's IT systems and networks.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects.,Provide training and support to employees on IT-related topics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware.,Familiarity with network protocols and security best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Strong technical skills in IT support and troubleshooting.Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.Familiarity with network protocols and security best practices.Experience with IT service management tools and frameworks.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
