📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and coffee beverages with precision and creativity.
• Assist in the daily operations of the bar, including stock management and cleaning.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service during events and peak hours.
• Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety in the bar area.
• Train and mentor junior staff to maintain consistent service quality.
• Contribute to the overall ambiance and guest experience by engaging with customers and providing excellent service.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in mixology and coffee preparation.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve service offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender or barista in a high-volume setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, coffee brewing techniques, and espresso art.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic understanding of POS systems and inventory management.
• Familiarity with food and beverage safety regulations.
• Enthusiasm for Bali’s culture and hospitality industry.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of equipment.
