📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to maintain optimal stock.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.,Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Conduct regular staff training and development to enhance skills and performance.,Prepare and submit accurate financial reports and manage branch budgets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
