As a Category Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our Rent Time Service (RTS)—a cutting-edge feature that allows gamers to rent in-game items for a limited time. Based in the vibrant city of Canggu, Bali, you'll be part of a dynamic team that drives innovation and growth in the digital gaming space.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of RTS, ensuring seamless user experiences and maximizing revenue potential. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and customer support, to implement and refine RTS features. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the end-to-end operations of Rent Time Service (RTS), including inventory management, order processing, and customer support.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement and refine RTS features, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Analyze RTS performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth, and present insights to stakeholders.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns for RTS, driving user engagement and revenue.
• Monitor and manage RTS inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and minimizing stockouts or overstock situations.
• Provide exceptional customer support for RTS users, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital gaming and e-commerce, and apply this knowledge to improve RTS operations.
• Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and processes for RTS, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the digital gaming or e-commerce industry.
• Strong understanding of digital gaming platforms, in-game economies, and user behavior.
• Proficient in using inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
