📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Ensure all vehicles are roadworthy and comply with safety regulations.,Monitor fuel consumption and cost, implementing strategies to reduce expenses.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Participate in fleet improvement initiatives and projects.,Handle any fleet-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing fleet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations in Manado.
