📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing daily menus.,Oversee the kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Manage a team of chefs and ensure they follow proper food handling and preparation techniques.,Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and develop junior chefs.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall kitchen management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef or similar role.,Proven track record in managing kitchen operations.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

🛠️ Keahlian

Culinary arts education or equivalent experience.Experience with various cooking techniques and methods.Knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work in a team and lead others.Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
