Zone Village Dinamis is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and staff performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Maintain excellent customer service and guest satisfaction levels.,Manage and develop a team of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen personnel.,Implement and enforce health and safety protocols in the kitchen and dining areas.,Monitor and report on restaurant performance metrics, such as sales, customer feedback, and staff turnover.,Participate in training and development programs for restaurant staff.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in restaurant management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and improving performance metrics.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
