📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Tutor in planning, organizing, and conducting educational activities.,Prepare and deliver lesson plans, ensuring they are age-appropriate and engaging.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to both students and parents.,Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.,Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall learning experience.,Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.,Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a similar capacity.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and educational standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with educational technology and tools.,Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualifications.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
