As a Field Collector Staff, you'll visit clients' homes and businesses, explain payment terms, and collect payments efficiently. You'll use our in-house software to log transactions and maintain accurate records. This role offers a unique opportunity to build strong relationships with clients while contributing to the financial health of our clients and Sinar Jernih Suksesindo.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit clients' homes and businesses to collect payments and explain payment terms.
• Use in-house software to log transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely and efficient payment collections.
• Adhere to strict compliance standards and internal policies.
• Report to the Field Collection Manager on a daily basis.
• Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the Field Collection team.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field collection or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with basic banking and financial services.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in Indonesian.
