Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Maintain and update employee records,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes,Handle employee queries and concerns,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits and compensation,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,Contribute to the planning and execution of HR-related projects,Support the HR team in the maintenance of a positive and productive work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,1-3 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
