📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring we bring in the best talent for our team.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our company's culture and values.
• Manage performance management, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
• Handle employee relations, resolving conflicts and ensuring a positive work environment.
• Oversee employee benefits and compensation, ensuring our team is fairly compensated and supported.
• Work closely with our management team to understand their HR needs and provide strategic advice.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices, and share your knowledge with our team.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in a hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
