📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Developing and implementing strategies to enhance departmental performance and productivity.,Leading and mentoring a team of professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.,Managing departmental budgets and resources, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.,Collaborating with other departments to align efforts and achieve common goals.,Representing the department in meetings and events, both in-office and virtually.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Driving innovation and improvement initiatives within the department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a similar department.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and budgets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and tools.,Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Understanding of the mining industry is a plus.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
