📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Identifying risks and areas for improvement in various business processes.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial and operational data.,Providing guidance and support to other employees on internal control and compliance matters.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.,Ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control frameworks.,Familiarity with auditing standards and regulations, such as those issued by the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK).,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
