Bright Data Dinamis is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and be eager to learn and grow within the organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to improve HR practices.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Assist in the resolution of employee concerns and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
