📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and improve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Provide training and support to staff to enhance their performance.
  • Conduct regular operational reviews and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Handle any operational issues or challenges that may arise.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
  • Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
