📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain commercial laundry equipment, including washing machines, dryers, and steam irons.
• Sort, wash, dry, and fold guest linens, towels, and other hotel textiles.
• Ensure all items are cleaned, pressed, and returned to the appropriate departments on time.
• Inspect and address any fabric or equipment issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Follow and enforce hotel protocols and quality standards for laundry services.
• Assist with special laundry requests and urgent tasks as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
