📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of store assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, sales targets, and store cleanliness.,Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of store assistants.,Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of store activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.,Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
