📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance standards.,Manage the sales budget and ensure efficient use of resources.,Report sales performance and provide regular updates to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural or related industries.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong knowledge of the agricultural industry and market trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
