Toko Bangunan Cahya Health Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Internal Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the internal audit process, ensuring compliance with regulations, and identifying areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits.,Develop and implement internal audit policies and procedures.,Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Lead and mentor a team of internal auditors.,Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior management.,Collaborate with other departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar industry.,Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, or CPA) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and auditing standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using audit software and spreadsheet tools.
