📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to facilitate smooth material flow.,Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in leading and managing warehouse teams.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
