📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Coordinate with various departments to meet operational goals.,Monitor and maintain operational systems and processes.,Identify and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide operational support to the management team.,Handle operational tasks related to logistics and inventory management.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related roles.,Strong understanding of operational processes and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.,Familiarity with logistics and inventory management is a plus.
