📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate with various departments to streamline production processes.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards.
• Optimize production schedules and resources to meet production targets.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Maintain and update production records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of successful production management and operational excellence.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
