📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.,Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs.,Manage the accounting team and provide guidance and support.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
