📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
• Identify and prospect potential clients within the Bekasi area, focusing on UMKM sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the UMKM sector.
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals to potential clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B or UMKM sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficient in using sales tools and CRM software.
• Familiarity with the UMKM sector in Bekasi is a plus.
