📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Monitor and patrol the club premises to ensure the safety and security of all members, visitors, and staff.
• Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify and address any potential security risks.
• Respond to and investigate any security incidents or breaches, and work with law enforcement agencies as necessary.
• Enforce all security policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to members, visitors, and staff, and assist with any issues or concerns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all security activities and incidents.
• Work closely with the management team to develop and implement security strategies and initiatives.
• Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your security skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Security Officer or in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of security procedures, policies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a security vehicle.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to providing the highest level of service to members, visitors, and staff.
