📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead the design team, providing creative direction and mentorship to junior designers.
  • Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing materials, including print, digital, and social media.
  • Ensure the visual identity of the brand is consistently represented across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the design aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
  • Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Create and maintain design guidelines and style guides.
  • Evaluate and select freelance designers for specific projects as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proven experience in leading a design team and mentoring junior designers.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
