Mini Circuits is seeking a highly skilled Senior RF Test & Characterization Engineer to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, validating, and testing MMIC (Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit) products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and validate MMIC products, including RFICs (Radio Frequency Integrated Circuits) and other microwave components.,Conduct RF testing and characterization to ensure product performance meets specifications.,Develop and implement test procedures and methodologies for MMIC validation.,Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality.,Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in RF technology.,Mentor and guide junior engineers in the team.,Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the RF laboratory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in RF test and characterization, with a focus on MMIC design and validation.,Strong understanding of RF circuit design and testing techniques.,Proficiency in using RF test equipment and software tools (e.g., VNA, NA, Spectrum Analyzer, etc.).,Experience with MMIC fabrication processes and technologies.,Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
