📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees, ensuring high levels of productivity and performance.,Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.,Coordinate and supervise project activities to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.,Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.,Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to support professional development.,Resolve conflicts and address issues that may arise within the team.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Represent the company at internal and external meetings as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or team management role.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HR management systems and practices.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
