📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives,Deliver training materials and resources to support the learning process,Provide feedback and support to employees to ensure they achieve their training goals,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Assist in the development and implementation of employee development plans

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus,Certifications in training and development are a plus
