📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of assigned stores, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and develop a team of supervisors, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
• Implement and monitor operational strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Work with the marketing and sales teams to ensure product availability and meet customer demands.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with regional management to develop and implement operational plans and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B operations management, preferably in a retail environment.
• Proven track record of managing store operations, including staff supervision and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and retail software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
