📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive testing and analysis of electronic components and assemblies using industry-standard tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
• Develop and implement test procedures and methodologies for new products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, implementing effective solutions to improve product quality and reliability.
• Utilize test equipment and software, including LabVIEW, Keysight Technologies tools, and other relevant software, to perform data acquisition, analysis, and reporting.
• Document test results, procedures, and findings in a clear and concise manner, ensuring accurate record-keeping and traceability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance test processes and methodologies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and optimization of test procedures and equipment.
• Work closely with senior engineers and other stakeholders to ensure that test activities align with project goals and timelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in electronics testing and quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of electronics testing principles, including functional testing, environmental testing, and reliability testing.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard test equipment and software, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, LabVIEW, and Keysight Technologies tools.
• Experience with electronic component and assembly testing, including soldering, desoldering, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with industry standards and specifications, such as IPC-A-610, MIL-STD, and ISO 9001.
• Certifications in electronics testing, quality assurance, or a related field are a plus.
