📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the HVAC maintenance team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance tasks, prioritizing urgent repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Inspect HVAC systems to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills.
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance work are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and client interactions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into the team's work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Building Technician or similar role in the HVAC industry.
• Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully managing and motivating a team.
• Certification in HVAC systems, such as EPA Section 608, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, including refrigeration, air conditioning, and heating systems.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard tools and software, such as Trane Tracer, Carrier Infinity, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
