📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of desserts, including our signature Puyo Silky Desserts, with attention to detail and quality.
• Assist customers with menu selections and ensure they receive the best dining experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the highest standards of food preparation.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Learn and apply new recipes and techniques to enhance our dessert offerings.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the food service industry.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to food safety and hygiene.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and handling.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
