📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.
- Promote and sell our range of diagnostic products, including rapid tests, blood analyzers, and other in vitro diagnostic solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Provide technical support and training to healthcare providers on the use and benefits of our diagnostic products.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote our products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare industry.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, particularly in the medical or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of in vitro diagnostic products and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
