📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable dining experience for all guests.
• Take and process orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation in our dining areas.
• Assist in maintaining a well-organized and efficient kitchen operation.
• Handle cash transactions and manage payments using our payment systems.
• Provide prompt and friendly service during peak hours to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and hygienic dining environment.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive dining atmosphere.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with POS systems and payment processing tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and best practices.
• Experience with front-of-house operations and customer service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
