📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers for the synthetic products division.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, such as GAAP and IFRS.
• Provide financial insights and support to cross-functional teams to aid in strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs to track the financial performance of the division.
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections for the division.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounting and financial management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, such as GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
