General Manager - Daycare Business Development & Operations

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the daycare, ensuring high-quality care and education for children.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of the children and aligns with educational standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of educators, ensuring they are trained and supported to deliver excellent care.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to maintain and improve the quality of care provided.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain families in the community.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure the daycare's financial health.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement strategic initiatives to grow the daycare's reach and impact.
• Collaborate with local authorities and community organizations to build strong relationships and enhance the daycare's reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in daycare management or a similar role in the early childhood education sector.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families, staff, and community partners.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software for daycare management.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus.
• Experience in marketing and financial management is a plus.
• Familiarity with local regulations and requirements for daycare operations in Indonesia.
