In this role, you'll be responsible for monitoring our IT infrastructure and network, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring that our systems are performing optimally. You'll work closely with our team of engineers and IT professionals to maintain and improve our infrastructure, and you'll have the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and network equipment, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum uptime for our systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups, updates, and configuration changes, to keep our systems running smoothly.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and optimize new technologies and solutions.
• Document all maintenance activities and issues, and maintain accurate records of our IT infrastructure.
• Provide level 1 support to end-users, helping them resolve basic IT issues and ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to be productive.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our IT infrastructure and network.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure that our systems are always monitored and supported.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure and network support, with a strong understanding of hardware and software components.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices for IT service management.
• Proficiency in using network monitoring and management tools, such as Nagios, Zabbix, or PRTG.
• Knowledge of server operating systems, such as Windows Server and Linux.
• Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware ESXi or Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid IT infrastructure and network certifications, such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+, or Cisco CCNA, are a plus.
