📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Promote and sell the bank’s loan products and financial solutions to clients.
• Assess clients’ financial needs and recommend appropriate loan products.
• Provide financial advice and guidance to clients throughout the loan process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers.
• Monitor loan performance and provide regular updates to clients.
• Collaborate with the loan processing team to ensure smooth loan disbursement.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
• Contribute to the bank’s sales targets and growth objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, financial services, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of loan products and financial solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
