📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic education initiatives aligned with national and regional educational goals.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in educational systems and frameworks.
• Collaborate with government agencies, educators, and community stakeholders to drive educational reforms and innovations.
• Develop and manage budgets for educational projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and compliance with financial regulations.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of educational initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Facilitate training and capacity-building programs for educators and administrators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Represent PT Bangka Belitung EduVision at national and international conferences and forums to share best practices and insights.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in education, incorporating relevant innovations into our strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in education systems advisory, consulting, or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful project management.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian education policies and regulations, including the National Education Standards (SK) and regional curricula.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools such as Moodle, Google Classroom, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or a related field is a plus.
