Logistics Operations Staff - Civil Construction (Gorontalo Project)

As a Logistics Operations Staff at Parama Agung Karya, you will be responsible for managing the logistics of construction materials and equipment. You will work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, coordinate with the warehouse team to manage inventory, and ensure that materials are available when and where needed on the construction site. This role requires a strong understanding of construction logistics, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of construction materials and equipment.
• Manage inventory and ensure that materials are available when and where needed on the construction site.
• Work with the warehouse team to ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
• Monitor and report on logistics performance, including delivery times and costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of logistics plans and procedures.
• Provide support to the project team as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of logistics strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction logistics and processes.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a forklift.
